USCIS provides a non-exhaustive I-130 checklist for spouses, which you can see here: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/checklists/I-130_Petition_Checklist.pdf
As far as organization of documents: Boundless relies on the guidance of USCIS itself, as well as the knowledge and expertise of our network of independent immigration attorneys. In general, evidence is organized with what are called "primary sources" first (eg., official government documents), "secondary sources" next (like documents issued by other official sources that are non-governmental, such as bills, leases or mortgages, medical records, paystubs), and finally, evidence that is less "official," such as affidavits and letters by the applicant or people they know, photographs, gift receipts and itineraries, etc.
