Currently, Boundless is receiving requests for evidence (RFEs) when the sponsor meets the requirement for the most recent tax filing year but not for the previous year. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) may issue an RFE and ask you to enlist the help of a joint sponsor.
